Returns

Our 52-day return window starts on the day the second box is delivered. A desk lamp is easier to judge after several weeks of evenings, so we give you more time than usual.

Conditions

• The original power supply must be returned with the lamp. Lamps returned without it are refunded minus $22.
• A flat $12 restocking fee applies if the cast iron base or the cork underside is scratched or marked.
• Lamps with a replaced LED module can be returned, but the module itself is not refundable.

Pack the head and the base in their separate boxes. We email two prepaid labels, and the refund is issued once both boxes arrive.
